Q & A
Who are we?
The Traumatic Brain Injury Fight for Life (TBI F4L) Team is a volunteer run Nonprofit organization dedicated to helping those in the community effected by a TBI and spreading awareness
What do we do?
-
Sponsorships for families and survivors undergoing hardship due to a TBI
-
Mentorship on advocacy and patient rights
-
Local events spreading awareness
Where are we located?
We are centralized to New London, WI and have a P.O. Box. As a group of Volunteers we do not have a physical site. We have members from all over the Fox Valley and in Madison.
How do we raise money?
We put on local events such as a pool tournament, and Rock'n Corn fest (with a Cornhole tournament). We ask local businesses and Patrons to help sponser us so we can put these events on for the community and those effected by TBIs. All proceeds go back into the organization and community. If you are interested in donating please see our Donation Form
Who do we help?
We receive referrals from all over Wisconsin asking us to mentor and support TBI survivors and their families. We have been fortunate to collaborate with health care, emergency response teams, law enforcement, attorneys, and local county officials, asking our team to help support TBI survivors.

Community members experiencing hardship due to a TBI can apply for assistance or someone can apply on their behalf. There is a brief screening and approval process. If interested in applying please see our Survivor Sponsership Form.
How did we get started?
Our team launched in 2019 as a response to Dalton's journey; April, his mother, discovered the significant need for more awareness, education, and resources supporting TBI survivors and families.
Why?
We are motivated to help others in the journey through mentorship and sponsorship. The TBI journey comes with great difficulties. Our team serves survivors, helping them navigate the journey providing mentorship and guidance.
What can I do?
We always welcome members wanting to help make a difference in a person’s life.
